1. No Video is being displayed on my computer

This is usually due to not having the correct multimedia player plugin installed on your computer.
However it may be that the TV player in question isn't broadcasting 24 hours a day, so try another channel
on our site before proceeding.

In the event of a failure, due to a plugin requirement , you will normally be prompted to install the
relevant plugin from within the error message that is being displayed.

However , to ensure that you have the required software , you can obtain the most popular multimedia

2. The video stream is being interrupted during play

This problem is normally due to the speed of your internet connection.

Check the settings in the player that you are experiencing problems with, to see if you can change the
settings to match your connection speed.

3. Browser and Player specific issues

Mac users may need to install Flip4Mac in order to view Windows Media Player video formats.
